Leila McKenzie

Leila is a passionate business owner and entrepreneur, born in Hong Kong and adopted and brought up with her younger brother by British parents with origins from England, Scotland, and Wales. She is married to a Greek American.

Leila leads multiple businesses and charitable initiatives and spends her time dedicated to managing these Directorships whilst continuing to promote and campaign for the benefits of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging in business and in wider society.

Leila has been proactive in her external engagements and has spoken previously for numerous companies including KPMG, Verizon Media, Britvic and Working Options. She was previously interviewed by the BBC journalist Clive Myrie on “the diversity dividend” and benefits of intergenerational leadership. She personally hosts high-profile annual events such as “Celebrating Diverse & Inclusive Leadership” bringing together inspirational thought leaders from industry.

Leila has a proven track record of recruiting Director, C suite Executive and Board level positions throughout the UK and Internationally.
