Bhavini Parikh

Bhavini Parikh is a social entrepreneur and fashion designer from India who founded Bunko Junko & Dezinelife social welfare foundation. She has successfully created a sustainable fashion brand that upcycles waste fabrics and prevents them from ending up in landfills. Through this, she has offered employment opportunities to hundreds of women, contributing to the socio-economic growth of her community. Bhavini has received numerous national and international awards for her work, including a Grant From VISA -A digital payment company, Leader of the Year ’22 by Vijayalakshmi Das Entrepreneurship Awards, and Woman Entrepreneur of the Year for Green Business at ’19 World Environment Day organized in Delhi by World Environment Expo ’19. She is also actively involved in various organizations, including serving as the Maharashtra State President of the Skill Development Council at the Women India Chamber of Commerce & Industry and being one of the founding members of the Women in Indian Social Entrepreneurs Network (WISEN). Bhavini has spoken about sustainable fashion at prestigious forums such as the World Economic Forum (WEF) and has been featured in notable publications such as the Times of India and CNBC.
