I am a founder of Sincpoint, an organisation focusing on sustainable supply chain Consulting, advisory, Logistics, Capacity development(training, coaching, mentorship) and Recruitment solutions.
My previous roles serving the industry has developed my passion for making impact through functional mentorship and coaching
I am a founder of African Women in Supply Chain Association (AWISCA) (the first and only association in Southern Africa focusing on functional mentorship and coaching in supply chain to build skills and capacity in the sector) and has successfully integrated the industry, government institutions and academia to take a unified approach to upskilling.

My extensive range of experience varies within different sectors of the business where I held different executive portfolios as a Vice President of Supply Chain, General Manager Supply Chain, Executive Projects Development, Executive Capital Procurement, Procurement Manager and other roles as a Projects Procurement Coordinator, Materials Management Specialist and Procurement Technician within Eskom, DeBeers, Fluor and IBM.
