Entrepreneurship is playing a vital role in global economies. Leaders can not predict the future in the increasingly uncertain world. The future will be defined by entrepreneurs who create new opportunities through entrepreneurial thought and action, a powerful practical approach to the uncertainty that emphasizes experimentation and reflection.

Entrepreneurial education is an important part of the Startup Eco-system as it can provide the necessary skills and learning’s to succeed in an increasingly diverse and complex management environment. It plays an important role in an uncertain environment because it can develop the insights needed to discover and create opportunities for entrepreneurs and gain the ability to successfully start and manage their own businesses.

Modules are as stated below

MODULE 1 OBJECTIVE: CANDIDATES WILL BE ABLE TO DISTILL THEIR IDEAS AND ARRIVE AT THE FINAL ONE TO PURSUE AS AN ENTERPRISE.

Session 1: Introduction

The complete overview of the course and how the students benefit from this course

Session 2: Leveraging the IKIGAI Framework

  • How to find the sweet spot through IKIGAI framework.
  • How to align gifting, purpose, and business.
  • A metrics-driven framework where candidates will objectively arrive at their area of interest.

 

Session 3 : Idea Generation & Validation

Idea generation and validation through a six-step framework that considers a change in market trends, customer behavior, Government policies, the influence of black swan events and others. Candidates will be able to objectively validate the idea.

Session 4: Defining the right problem statement

Candidates will be able to convert their idea into the right problem statement along with establishing the vision and mission statements.

 

MODULE 2 OBJECTIVE: CANDIDATES WILL BE ABLE TO INNOVATE, DESIGN THE SOLUTION, VALIDATE, AND BUILD THE BUSINESS MODELS

Session 5: Innovation as a differentiator

Impress on how innovation could be a differentiator while designing the solution and taking the participants through 2 step framework to ensure the solutions are innovative.

Session 6: Product Market Fit

Building the product roadmap and the MVP. Validating the product market fit through PALMS framework.

Session 7 : Go-To-Market Strategy

A proven 2X2 (Product Vs Market) framework to help them design and develop the right Go To Market strategy

Session 8: Business Models

Evaluating various revenue streams and business models in the market and designing the apt one for the enterprise.

 

MODULE 3 OBJECTIVE: CANDIDATES WILL BE ABLE TO BUILD THE COMPLETE BUSINESS ROADMAP AND TEAM

Session 9: The art & Science of Sales

Once the business model is identified, this module helps the participants to master the art and science of B2B and B2C Sales.

Session 10: Marketing – Digital, Offline and important metrics

Various marketing strategies, digital marketing nomenclature and metrics are discussed and the candidates are encouraged to calculate their CAC, CPL, CPC and CTR.

Session 11 : Business Canvas

Candidates are encouraged to build the complete business canvas by themselves for their product/ enterprise.

Session 12: Building a Team

How to identify founding team members, core team members and build the team accordingly is explained practically through proven Skill and Sync Framework.

 

MODULE 4 OBJECTIVE: CANDIDATES ARE FINALLY READY TO LAUNCH THEIR PRODUCT/ ENTERPRISE IN THE MARKET AND SUCCEED

Session 13: Milestone Settings

Defining the right goals for the startup and measures to monitor startup health timely.

Session 14: Business & Financial Fundamentals

Candidates will be persuaded to build their own PnL Statements and various financial terminologies are made familiar to them.

Session 15 : Funding Fundamentals

  • Practical aspects of funding, when to raise, how to raise and how much to raise are covered in detail.
  • Pre and Post money valuations are explained in detail.

 

Session 16: Building a Team

Candidates are made to prepare their own investor pitch and are encouraged to present during the workshop
