Around 9 years of experience in production of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) & Fine chemicals in India & Singapore. Around 21 years of experience in conducting QHSE, Sustainability & CSR Audits across the globe. I have conducted more than 1200 Man-days of audits in various Industry sectors & countries like India, South Africa, Ireland, Namibia, Zambia, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Singapore, Korea, Philippines, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Tanzania & Turkey.

Have conducted more than 300 Man-days of various training programs including QHSE Awareness programs, Auditor training programs, Health & Safety Trainings, Environment & Sustainability Trainings, Corporate Social Responsibilities Trainings etc. Have successfully completed more than 50 ISO & Social Accountability systems related Consultancy projects in Small, Medium & large Industries across India.

Currently he is working as Asst. General Manager – Sustainability & Compliance, Amara Raja Group .

  • Build organizational capability on material environmental issues and navigate organization towards sustainability excellence.
  • Support creation of Amara Raja Sustainability protocol aligned with global best practices.
  • Drive communities on Energy, water, waste etc and act as PMO. Work towards carbon/water/waste neutrality.
  • ESG disclosures & GRI reporting Technical inputs / support on enviro-legal issues
  • Monitor performance of critical pollution control equipment.
  • Establish robust sustainability audit protocol.
  • Engage with tier 1 suppliers on ESG/ green procurement Build capability on ESG within the organization.
