Mr. Narendra Narayan Estolkar is an Industrial Engineer. After putting up twelve years of service in the private sector, he joined Group ‘A’ Gazetted services in the Central Government through UPSC. He has worked in Br.MSME-DI, Tezpur, Assam, & MSME-DI, Mumbai, in the capacity of Assistant Director.
Shri Estolkar was then promoted and posted as Deputy Director at O/o DC(MSME), Ministry of MSME, Govt. of India, New Delhi from 2014 to June 2017. and was transferred to Mumbai in the same capacity in June 2017.
Mr Estolkar has provided guidance to entrepreneurs in the states of Assam and Maharashtra, by organizing a number of workshops, seminars and training programmes and individual counselling.
At o/o DC(MSME), New Delhi, he was looking after the implementation of Public Procurement Policy for MSEs Order 2012 monitoring and compiling procurement data of CPSUs and addressing grievances raised by MSEs against the procuring agencies. Also provided guidance/clarifications related to the difficulties faced by procuring agencies and MSEs while implementing the Public Procurement Policy.
