Sidharth Sachdeva, FRM

Sidharth is currently working with Invest India in the Startup India Team. The team was set up to execute the vision of Honourable PM to foster Indian Startup Ecosystem and make Startups the engine of India’s growth story. He works closely with all Central Government Ministries, State Governments, Incubators, VCs and all stakeholders in the startup ecosystem to help startups scale up and grow.

Prior to this he worked with Goldman Sachs as an Analyst. He holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Indian Institute of Management Raipur and has successfully passed CFA level 2 exam and awaiting his FRM charter after successfully completing both levels.

Coming from a business family, at a very young age he understood what it takes to build trust and lasting relationships with clients and the key ingredient of success of any organization i.e. to place client’s interests above all. He has been tracking the stock markets from a very young age and made his first trade in NSE at the age of 16 after learning technical analysis.

Keen on learning new things each day, he is an avid reader and writer, contributed as Guest Columnist for Dainik Bhaskar under – 30 writers, a fortnightly column published in 65 editions across 14 states and also published articles in various B-school magazines and Businessworld.

A traveller and sports enthusiast, he offers a unique blend of strategic thinking and interpersonal skills with focus on building long standing relationships with all stakeholders backed with experience of working in one of the leading investment banks coupled with a stint of managing own business having a 360 degree learning of running an organization.
