Neeraj Mitran
Neeraj is a Distinction holder in Bachelor of Engineering from Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering, Mysore in 2008. He was also placed in a top software company in India, however he chose to peruse CA.
He started to prepare for the CA exams doing his engineering and cleared the first level when in 5th Semester of Engineering. He cleared the remaining 2 levels of CA exams after completing his Engineering.
Neeraj is a Practicing Chartered Accountant since August 2014. He is a Managing Partner, third generation Chartered Accountant, founding family partner at Madhavan & Co., Mysore, a chartered accounting firm started in Mid 1960s.
He also is the Co-Founder & Partner at Holla Mitran & Co., Bangalore, a chartered accounting firm started in 2015.
He is also a Non-Executive Director at Axiom Consulting Limited, a public limited company having branches in over 6 countries.
He was also Financial and Product Consultant to a couple of companies in India and North America.
He has handled Financial Due Diligence on behalf of the Venture Capitalists and the investee companies.

- Setting up companies in India for foreign business owners, including consulting on entry into India, funding for set up and for initial operations.
- Expert in Direct Taxes & Indirect Tax, Business consulting, Risk Assessment & Due Diligence for M&A.
- Has expertise in the Software Industry, Defence Industries and the Construction Industry in India.
