Gilbert Sebe-Yeboah
Gilbert Sebe-Yeboah is currently the Head of Consumer Finance Department at the Agricultural Development Bank (ADB) Plc, a tier 1 Universal Bank in Ghana. He has over 16 years of experience in banking and has played varied roles from retail banking to corporate banking. His areas of expertise are credit structuring, business development, relationship management, investment appraisal and consumer financing. Gilbert provided thought leadership in the areas of business financing, economic development, technology application on several platforms both home and abroad. He has hands on experience in business financing within
the SME space in Ghana and underwrote several tickets including trade finance.
Gilbert is a technology thinker and is driving reforms at ADB to improve consumer financing through the application of technology. Prior to joining ADB in 2004, He worked as Biostatistics Officer for Holy Family Hospital Techiman-Ghana as the first Biostatistics Officer of the hospital where he initiated moves to automate the hospital’s medical records in 2004.
Gilbert holds MBA in Finance, MA in Development Economics and Postgraduate Certificate in Management Information Systems aside several training courses in trade and business finance, credit origination, risk management, security management and investigative psychology, treasury management, advanced research methods and financial analysis.
He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Consultants (CIMC)-Canada.
