Her company, Solutions2you was born from her passion to serve and create impact, enabling others to succeed. As a professional advisor and motivational voice, she dedicates her time to sharing lived experiences and knowledge that combines people, business and situational skills to deliver tangible tools and skills to people and businesses globally.

Her values take centre stage and business becomes honest and expressive. She has clear boundaries in the way she lives life and works and together with her values steps forward into every challenge knowing the impact she can create.

With over 3 decades of experience in finance, setting-up and scaling businesses, a counseling degree, and certification in psychological safety she supports people step out of their blind spots so they may succeed in life. Through empathy and strategic positioning, she empowers people to establish healthy professional boundaries, to think limitlessly, and challenge norms, whilst rediscovering a curiosity of knowledge and creating the impact they want.

Cathy shares that her initial trip to East Africa in 2014 was without a doubt one of her greatest challenges but, has proven to be the most rewarding in her life. Living with the Maasai, building schools, and water tanks, teaching English, working in orphanages enabled her to redefine her purpose for impact and crystalise her passion in paying things forward through her project “Raise the Baseline” – Developing the future generation, of entrepreneurs and young leaders globally.
