She is an expert in Emotional Wellbeing & Mental Health fitness in the workplace since the nineties, bridging the space in a cross-pollination between breathwork, meditation, transpersonal psychotherapy, mindfulness, business management and leadership.
She is the CEO and Co-founder with her sister Layla of GRIT Academy -Breathing Organic Resilience for Sustained Success-: “Our Vision and purpose is to enable millions of people to learn and practice the GRIT Methodology so that they can be happier and more resilient, enabling the creation of conscious communities and driving a positive impact in the world.”
Viola is Partner-ED of Creative Women Platform, the Co-creator of the BQ – Breath Intelligence and GRIT Breathwork. Viola also sits on the boards of several magazines and NGO’s and serves as ambassador for Human Rights.

Viola emigrated 3 times, last one was for love at the age of 43, from Venezuela to Cyprus in 2003.
