Yusuff Liadi Abiodun

Yusuff Liadi Abiodun is one of the most promising and fast-rising respected Nigerian youth who has over the years built himself around youth political involvement, good governance, humanitarianism, economic restructuring and reform.

As a vibrant young man who cares so much about youth inclusiveness in policy-making, leadership and good governance founded the Youth leadership Parliament (YLP) Nigeria where he is privileged to be the Executive Director. As a youth-focused organization, it has recorded massive success in terms of project initiation and implementation, regional conferences and webinars and lots more.

However, out of his humanitarian kindness and foresight, He equally founded the Yusuf Liadi Abiodun Foundation (YLA-FOUNDATION) – A nonprofit organization that caters to meet the immediate urgency of the needy and the less privileged in the society.

Abiodun is the convener of the Annual Young African Speakers Conference (YAS Conference) the biggest gathering of young motivational speakers all over the African countries.

Yusuff is working around the UN sustainable development goals back since 2017 then he was still student of University of Abuja and he had an opportunity to attend Abuja International Modern United Nations Conference (AIMUN) where he was exposed to the work of United Nations towards achieving sustainable development goals, Since then he has developed an interest in sdgs when he graduated he joined a SDGs CD Group during his service year and he has attended many conferences, seminars and workshop also he has taken many online training on sustainable development goals from United Nations Institute For Training and Research (UNITAR).

With experience gathered from different space, Yusuff founded an Initiative Called Be The Change Africa Initiative a platform created purposely for the implementation of UN sustainable development goals and to get other young Africans involved in the process of implementation of SDGs to achieve agenda 2030.

Currently, Yusuff is provide a free digital courses for over 600 young people under a program tagged Youth Digital Skills Accelerator Program (YODA) one of his programmes in Be The Change Africa Initiative. The program is to empower young people with digital skills that can help them earn an income and this will reduce poverty, hunger and unemployment rate with the region.
