Nandita Pandey is India’s leading Personal Branding Coach, a Professional Speaker and an Author. She is the Founder and Chief Branding Strategist of Prismatic Consulting. She is Chief Strategy Officer, Confederation of Indian Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.
She is the first image consultant in Tamil Nadu. She is the first Indian to author of book on Power Dressing – Dressology – The Science of Power Dressing and also co-authored Shifting Gears – A Winners Playbook to Pivot a Crisis. Nandita is the host for India’s Hindi Podcast on Personal Branding – Brandify. She has been featured about in various magazines, newspapers and TV channel. She has trained 9500+ people and coached more than 73 CXO and entrepreneurs.
She has been awarded with the Super Women Achiever Award and Pride of Tamil Nadu Award by World HRD Congress.
She did her Post-graduation in Psychology from Delhi University and an MBA. Nandita is an internationally certified NLP practitioner, Performance Coach, Image Consultant, mindset Trainer.
She has worked in NIIT Ltd, GE, Capital, RR Donnelley and Daimler India Commercial Vehicles before staring out as an entrepreneur 9 years back. In a span of 9 years she is responsible for the outstanding success of some of India’s most efficient entrepreneurs, CEOs, CXOs and Celebrities.
