They care more about ethics and values and expect brands and retailers to be more sustainable.

They are ready to avoid products that do not fit into their ethical and environmental standards.

Studies show they are ready to pay more for products that care for the environment than their older generations.

And more than anything, they value diversity and inclusion.

As founders, we should be aware that they will be our consumers and will be the people who will help us build our businesses in the coming years.

Being sustainable is the only way for companies aiming to have their presence in 2030.
