Structure and Composition of the Chartered Board:

  • The Board shall include senior-level HR and OD executives possessing extensive international experience across diverse industries and geographical regions to ensure a broad understanding of global practices.

Qualifications and Qualities of Board Members:

  • Impartiality and Fairness: A demonstrated ability to evaluate applications and nominations objectively, applying established criteria without bias or prejudice.

Roles and Responsibilities of the Chartered Board:

The Chartered Board is vested with significant authority and responsibility in overseeing the conferment of GHRMODC’s chartered designations. Its core roles and responsibilities are as follows:

Establishment and Review of Standards:

  • To define the specific criteria, core competencies, and requisite experience for each level of chartered designation: Chartered Member, Chartered Fellow, and Chartered Companion.
