Shri Praveen I Ramadurg currently serves as Joint Director at the Government of Karnataka Centre for Export Promotion, under the aegis of the Department of Industries & Commerce, Government of Karnataka. He brings over two decades of enriching experience across industry and Government. In his previous experience, he served as Textile and Software Engineer for over five years in the private sector. He embarked on his journey in Government service in the year 2003, as Assistant Director at the District Industries Centre, Belagavi for over 6 years having subsequently been promoted as Deputy Director (KV) Zilla Panchayat Belagavi and Deputy Director for Industrial Development, Bengaluru. In his vast career expanse, he has conducted an array of investor meet workshops, seminars, Entrepreneurship Development and Awareness Programs and implemented several Central and State Government Schemes and Policies for the growth of industries in the State of Karnataka. Shri Praveen brings brilliant academic credentials with multiple certifications. A first rank holder, he is equipped with a B.E in Textiles from REC Hulkoti, MBA from IGNOU, New Delhi and Diploma in Entrepreneurship Development from EDI Ahmedabad.
