I am passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and see myself as a channel for insights, information, and inspiration. It gives me great joy and satisfaction to help others and I believe there is no greater mission than this. I do my best to live consciously and courageously, relate to others with love and compassion as I want to leave this world better from my contribution.
I have set myself a mission to change the plight of youth and women not only in Botswana but across the globe. The success of our society is linked to the well-being of every person, which means we need to invest in people by removing barriers so that everyone can journey toward their dreams with confidence and dignity.
My contribution to the prosperity of our economy is through the human and social development approach. The following are initiatives I do as part of my contribution.
- The founder of a LeanIn Circle called Botswana Women LeanIn. Botswana Women Lean-In Circle (BWLI) aims to equip Botswana women with the confidence, and professional and leadership skills necessary to become effective leaders. The Circle program focuses on addressing personal and professional challenges experienced by women by providing a safe space where participants can connect, grow, be supported, learn from each other or just be themselves.
- I am an ambassador for #IamRemarkable. This is a Google initiative empowering women and other underrepresented groups to celebrate their achievements in the workplace and beyond, thereby breaking modesty norms and glass ceilings. My role involves hosting workshops with my personal and professional networks.
- The founder of Rise & Reach: a Learning and Development company that works with individuals, and teams to enhance interpersonal effectiveness and create cultures that maximize human potential.
