Ms Onneetse Ndadi is a business development, green economy and sustainability expert from Botswana, Africa. She specializes in the areas of entrepreneurship development (social and commercial), green economy, circular economy and sustainability management; thus supporting businesses in their sustainable enterprising efforts aimed towards economic, environmental and
social sustainability.
With over 15 years industry experience, Ms Ndadi has worked in various sectors from academia, public to non-governmental to private sectors executing roles focused towards MSME development. She is a lecturer of entrepreneurship and business management at the University of Botswana, where she also manages the university’s business incubator(Business Clinic). Ms Ndadi is a practicing private sector development consultant who has supported both local and international sponsored development projects. She has worked with international development programmes such as SEED Eco-Inclusive Entrepreneurship Programme, UNDP Supplier Development Programme and UNIDO’s FIPEE Project supporting SME development for Energy and Environment Sector.
She holds qualifications the following areas: entrepreneurship, strategy management, economics, accounting, risk management, circular economy, ESG/sustainability strategies as well as Monitoring and Evaluation. She is a Certified Climate and Renewable Energy Finance Expert and a GRI Standards qualified Sustainability Expert. She is also a certified trainer in some of the areas of her expertise, such as entrepreneurship, circular economy and ESG/sustainability management.
