Gopa Nair

Gopa has more than 25 years of experience in various areas like strategy, product development, process automation, culture transformation and entrepreneurship development. Gopa has worked at Capital One and Deloitte Consulting. He currently works as a Product Owner for Kinsale Insurance.

His expertise includes Design Thinking and agile lean methodologies, human interactions , and science and the art of human behavior. His goal is to help create a world where people thrive and create value for their customers. Gopa is a lead facilitator and content creator for the RVA works- a non profit organization which provides entrepreneurship training for small businesses from low income communities in Richmond VA USA.

He is a mentor for the online Design Thinking program of Darden School of Business since 2015.  He is the Founder Director for International Council of Technology, Management and Applied Engineering Inc. (ICTMAE), USA and A MBA graduate from Penn State University and Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from TKM College of Engineering-University of Kerala, India.
