I’ve had the privilege of working with reputed organizations across diverse industries like Pharma, Manufacturing, FMCG, IT & ITeS during the 24 plus years of my professional career.

Have proven project / people management skills; professional competencies in mobilizing & judiciously managing resources with structured inputs for project accomplishment within defined time/cost parameters and improving skills.

Being an articulate communicator, who can fluently speak the language of both people & technology, blending technical expertise with interpersonal skills while interacting with cross-functional teams, customers, vendors & stakeholders, has always proved to be an advantage for me.

I enjoy getting out of my comfort zone – doing something new, innovating towards people growth, keeping the creative juices flowing within the newer generation, learning through interactions and healthy discussions forms part of my daily routine. I live to the principle of “If there’s a problem, there’s bound to be a solution – we just have to find it” Getting too excited about successes or getting stressed about failures isn’t my cup of tea either. I firmly believe that this too shall pass – a tattoo that i proudly display – and read every time the libran balance falters.
