For the past 20 years I have worked with my team at Aspire to address equality and empowerment across the globe through a powerful mix of speaking, events, coaching and mentoring. I’m known as a leading global voice on leadership & equality, a social entrepreneur, international speaker and author. I’ve told my story in my book – Radio Heaven – and that’s the best way to get the low down on who I am – warts and all.

I develop the women leaders and role models of the future – people like you who have been seeking support, stretch and inspiration to trailblaze a new way of doing things – through world changing webinars, workshops and event content and an approach that is expertly tailored to you – not to mention the incredible support and positive challenge that comes from being around other like-minded women.
Standing up for what’s right and standing up for change is what makes me tick. It gives me strength and a clear sense of purpose. Inequality continues to divide us in myriad ways, with far too many women held back by prejudices based on their gender, ethnicity, race, sexuality or status. The process of creating equality through the empowerment of women is fundamental to the creation of social change. This is my contribution.
