Drawing from her personal experiences she talks about how women minimize themselves, suffer from the imposter syndrome and settle for less than they are capable of, because of external prejudices as well as misguided internal self-beliefs. Through anecdotes and examples the books suggests ways of overcoming these issues and clear the path towards personal and professional success.
